We’re seeking a Growth Analyst to join the Chili Digital Sao Paulo team!

- Experience in CRM (HubSpot preferred) and media ads.
- Background in sales or a strong understanding of sales processes.

OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU:
- You’ll have a high attention to detail, leading our data-driven growth initiatives.
- You’ll use your analytical skills to provide input and solutions on how we can achieve our quarterly targets.
- You will be actively engaged in optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- You will monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and customer relationship management processes.
- You will work in synergy with the sales and marketing departments to ensure that the deliverables are delivered on time.
- You will ensure the quality of deliverables to our clients.
- You will be responsible for timelines and project results, driving growth for our clients and our agency.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar.
- +2 years of experience in a growth or marketing analyst role.
- Proficiency in English and in data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Experience with media ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Positive attitude and analytical mindset, with excellent communication skills.
- Assertive and driven, with a no-excuses mentality.
- Exemplary relationship building skills.
- Commercially astute.
- Process focused.
