We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented Paid Media Account Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to create and execute impactful paid media strategies, managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more. You’ll be at the heart of driving campaign success and connecting directly with clients to ensure their goals are not only met, but exceeded.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create Winning Strategies: Develop and implement paid media plans that align with client goals, using platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
  • Manage Campaigns from A to Z: Oversee the entire process—concept, planning, execution, and optimization—to deliver the best performance and ROI.
  • Client Communication: Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and keep them in the loop with regular updates and strategic insights.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive into data to monitor campaign performance, spot trends, and make smart decisions that drive results.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of campaign budgets, ensuring funds are allocated effectively for the best return on investment.
  • Collaborate: Work with creative, analytics, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our strategies stay innovative and effective.


This opportunity is for you if...

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • You’ve got proven experience managing successful paid media campaigns.
  • You’re a data enthusiast who loves turning insights into actionable plans.
  • You’re an excellent communicator and can easily build relationships with clients.
  • You’re comfortable using advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • You’re strategic and always focused on exceeding client expectations.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • English: able to communicate effectively in daily conversations.
