We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Human Resources Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for a blend of strategic and operational HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits. Additionally, you will handle Department Personnel functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring accurate and compliant personnel management. This position is essential in creating a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and contributing to overall business goals through HR analytics and strategic support.
Experience working with international teams and knowledge of labor practices in Latin American countries, especially Panama and Mexico, is highly desirable (but not mandatory), enabling effective cross-border HR coordination and compliance with regional employment regulations.

This opportunity is for you if...
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in HR and Department Personnel functions, with knowledge of payroll practices.
- You are communicative, organized, and possess excellent analytical skills.
- You are proficient in data analysis tools such as Factorial or other similar tools.
- You have knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT), tax regulations, and global HR best practices.
- Experience with international teams and/or knowledge of labor practices in Panama and Mexico is a plus.
