We are seeking a professional to join our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately invoicing the customers, data entry of the new clients and raising the invoices in line with contracts, sending them to customers, communication about the overdue invoices and effective cash collection
- Bills to pay management, recording the bills in the system (Xero), timely payments to vendors and employees, searching for the vendors discounts and other savings opportunities, proper archive of the proof documents, receipts and fiscal documents
- Fixed assets maintenance and inventory control
- Assistance and preparation of financial statements, analyses, and reports
- Make recommendations for improving policies and systems in place
- Ensure optimal and stable profitability for the company
- Strong communication with accounting team (outsourced) in Mexico, Panama and Brazil to find the best scenario for the business
- Cash flow management and daily/weekly/monthly monitoring and forecasting
- Assistance in preparation of annual operational plan and monthly forecast/ budget per cost centers, department etc
- Month end closing process management, bank reconciliation, staff expenses for employees preparation and calculation of the commissions
- Budget calculation and confirmation to the departments on a monthly basis
- Ad-hoc requests or participation in other projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Tax, Audit or Business Administration
- 2-3+ years of work experience in Finance Controlling, or Accounts Receivables, or Accounts Payables, or Treasury, or FP&A is a plus
- Advanced English and fluent Portuguese, Spanish as plus
- Deep knowledge of accounting, finance reporting, budgeting and planning and proved experience of improving processes in the department
- Experience in agencies is a differential
