We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Media Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive paid media strategies, including the creation and implementation of campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will not only lie in optimizing campaign performance but also in fostering direct communication with clients to ensure their goals and expectations are not only met but exceeded.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client objectives, utilizing a mix of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of campaign creation, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and performance.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain direct communication with clients, understanding their business goals, and providing strategic insights. Regularly update clients on campaign performance, adjustments, and recommendations.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results continually.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to achieve campaign objectives, making data-driven decisions to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution and integration of paid media strategies.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in advertising platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding client objectives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
