Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading agency. The ideal candidate should possess a robust combination of technical and personal skills, with a passion for effectively and efficiently leading projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget objectives.


Key Requirements:


Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in an agency environment


Languages: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel: Ability to handle and analyze large data sets, and create detailed reports.
  • Project Management Methodologies Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in applying methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or other project management techniques.


Personal Skills:

  • Leadership Mindset: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Effective Communication: Skill in clearly communicating objectives, expectations, and feedback at all levels of the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Organization and Planning: Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
  • Ownership: be responsible and accountable for own results and drive the team to meet their own
  • Client centric: be diligent and reliable on achieving timelines so client get what they paid for


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to define project scope and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget and allocated resources.
  • Ensure the quality of work delivered and client satisfaction.
  • Meet client timelines and delivery dates religiously
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies and raise it to upper management so these can be trained and solved on the long run
