Job Summary:

Key Requirements:
Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in an agency environment
Languages: Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel: Ability to handle and analyze large data sets, and create detailed reports.
- Project Management Methodologies Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in applying methodologies like Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or other project management techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage project budget and allocated resources.
- Ensure the quality of work delivered and client satisfaction.
- Meet client timelines and delivery dates religiously
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies and raise it to upper management so these can be trained and solved on the long run
