About the Role
The Backlink Specialist plays a critical role in Chili's SEO Off-Page Strategy, ensuring the execution of high-quality link-building strategies that drive rankings, enhance authority, and support business growth. This position requires expertise in backlink audits, competitor analysis, outreach strategies, and budget management, as well as the ability to present backlink strategies directly to clients.
The Backlink Specialist is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of backlinks, from analyzing a site's backlink profile to identifying toxic links, acquiring high-quality links through outreach or partnerships, and ensuring the correct implementation of link attributes, anchors, and relevance. You will work across multiple markets, including Panama, Mexico, and Brazil, and must be able to effectively communicate results and strategies with clients.

- Audit and analyze backlink profiles to assess link health, detect toxic backlinks, and recommend disavows if necessary.
- Conduct competitor backlink research to benchmark strategies and identify link-building opportunities.
- Develop and present tailored backlink strategies to clients, ensuring they understand how links impact SEO and traffic.
- Oversee outreach and guest posting campaigns, securing high-quality placements on relevant websites.
- Manage backlink budgets effectively, prioritizing investments in high-quality link opportunities.
- Ensure quality control of all acquired links, verifying correct anchor text, domain relevance, and proper niche targeting.
- Optimize outreach processes with AI, improving efficiency in prospecting, email automation, and follow-ups.

- Ensure contractual backlink deliverables are met for all assigned accounts across multiple markets.

Requirements:
