Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
Workload: 6 hours per day

Location: Onsite – São Paulo

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outreach and prospecting activities to generate new leads.

  • Support in preparing sales decks, proposals, and presentations.

  • Research and analyze markets, industries, and competitors.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and campaign strategies.

  • Assist in building client qualification processes and reporting pipelines.

  • Learn to use CRM and sales automation tools to manage leads and track performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Engineering, or related fields).

  • Interest in sales, marketing, and commercial strategy.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Communication skills in Portuguese (English and/or Spanish is a strong plus).

  • Curiosity and ambition to grow in the commercial side of digital business.
