Location: Onsite – São Paulo


What You’ll Do

International Market Research & Commercial Intelligence

  • Research global markets to identify expansion opportunities across Brazil, Latam, the U.S., and Europe.

  • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and pricing to support strategic positioning.

  • Help define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for different regions and verticals.

  • Assist in identifying client pain points and translating them into Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) for Chili.

AI, Automation & CRM Operations

  • Use AI tools to assist with prospect research, email drafting, messaging optimization, and commercial insights.

  • Support the creation and testing of automation workflows for outreach, lead scoring, and CRM updates.

  • Learn to manage CRM pipelines, deal stages, and data enrichment for accurate forecasting.

  • Use Chili’s AI-driven qualification processes to better identify high-fit opportunities.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Assist in crafting global outreach campaigns that target high-value prospects and partners.

  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and commercial presentations that reflect Chili’s international strategy.

  • Help qualify inbound and outbound leads using Chili’s sales funnel methodology.

  • Participate in building new strategic partnerships with platforms, agencies, and global collaborators.

Revenue & Sales Funnel Strategy

  • Learn how Chili structures awareness, consideration, and conversion activities within a commercial funnel.

  • Support in identifying gaps and opportunities in Chili’s acquisition funnel.

  • Assist in building and optimizing top-of-funnel messaging, outbound sequences, and nurturing flows.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing, SEO, PPC, content, and operations teams to understand service USPs and audience needs.

  • Help align commercial positioning with campaign outcomes and market demands.


What We’re Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields).

  • Strong interest in international business, partnerships, commercial strategy, or global expansion.

  • Analytical mindset with curiosity for AI, automation, CRMs, and digital workflows.

  • Excellent communication and research skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data and strategy.

  • Good communication in Portuguese; English Mandatory, Spanish is a strong advantage

  • Ambition, resilience, and enthusiasm for global commercial careers.
