Chili is looking for multilingual, analytical, and globally minded students who want to work across departments—supporting project innovation, business intelligence, operational efficiency, and international expansion initiatives.

This cross-functional internship is ideal for students who enjoy solving problems, improving workflows, analyzing data, managing projects, and collaborating with multicultural teams across Brazil, Latin America, the U.S., and Europe.

If you're proactive, curious, and excited about becoming a future Project Manager, Business Analyst, Global Operations Lead, or Innovation Specialist, this program will give you exposure to every part of a high-performance digital agency.

Trilingual candidates (Portuguese + English + Spanish) are required for this position due to the international nature of the role.

Program Overview

Duration: Up to 2 years, with potential for full-time hire
Workload: 6 hours per day
Openings: 5 positions
Start Date: January 5th, 2026
Location: Onsite – São Paulo


What You’ll Do

Project Innovation & Operational Efficiency

  • Support the coordination of projects across multiple teams and markets.

  • Assist in improving workflows, timelines, and cross-functional processes.

  • Help refine and maintain SOPs, documentation, and project structures.

  • Participate in mapping new processes and identifying operational bottlenecks.

International Operations & Cross-Border Collaboration

  • Communicate daily in Portuguese, English, and Spanish across teams and markets.

  • Assist in managing operations between Brazil, Latam, and international partners.

  • Support global alignment meetings and track action items across departments.

  • Help translate insights, reports, and materials when needed.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Build dashboards, performance trackers, and internal reports.

  • Analyze data across marketing, commercial, and operations teams.

  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and output.

  • Assist in operational forecasting and capacity planning.

AI, Automation & Innovation

  • Use AI tools for reporting, documentation, workflow creation, and project support.

  • Help build automation workflows to improve project communication and operational consistency.

  • Contribute to research on new tools, technologies, and best practices that modernize agency operations.

Commercial & Marketing Support

  • Assist with ICP research, competitive analysis, and international market mapping.

  • Support commercial and marketing teams with reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.


What We’re Looking For

  • Students from 2nd year onward (Engineering, Business, Data/BI, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, Economics, or related fields).

  • Trilingual: Portuguese + English + Spanish (required).

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Interest in project management, operations, BI, or process improvement.

  • Curiosity for AI, automation, and digital transformation.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into strategic operational roles.
