Support the coordination of projects across multiple teams and markets.
Assist in improving workflows, timelines, and cross-functional processes.
Help refine and maintain SOPs, documentation, and project structures.
Participate in mapping new processes and identifying operational bottlenecks.
Communicate daily in Portuguese, English, and Spanish across teams and markets.
Assist in managing operations between Brazil, Latam, and international partners.
Support global alignment meetings and track action items across departments.
Help translate insights, reports, and materials when needed.
Build dashboards, performance trackers, and internal reports.
Analyze data across marketing, commercial, and operations teams.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency and output.
Assist in operational forecasting and capacity planning.
Use AI tools for reporting, documentation, workflow creation, and project support.
Help build automation workflows to improve project communication and operational consistency.
Contribute to research on new tools, technologies, and best practices that modernize agency operations.
Assist with ICP research, competitive analysis, and international market mapping.
Support commercial and marketing teams with reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.
