We are hiring a Client Services to manage and grow a portfolio of digital marketing accounts.
This role combines client relationship management, project coordination, operational organization, and strategic support. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects move efficiently, expectations are aligned, and clients receive a high-quality experience.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating delivery across departments, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the overall health of your portfolio.
This role requires strong communication skills, advanced English, high attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving agency environment.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and communication
Lead recurring client meetings, follow-ups, and strategic conversations
Manage expectations, timelines, feedback, and escalations professionally
Ensure clients have visibility into progress, priorities, and results
Monitor the overall health and performance of your client portfolio
Identify risks, blockers, and opportunities proactively
Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities together with leadership
Help improve retention through strong communication and strategic support
Ensure client satisfaction and delivery quality across all accounts
Coordinate workflows between SEO, Paid Media, Content, CRO, and BI teams
Ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables are organized and updated
Manage projects and visibility through ClickUp (or equivalent tools)
Follow internal SOPs and help improve operational processes when needed
Ensure projects move efficiently and deadlines are met
Understand performance metrics across SEO, Paid Media, CRO, and analytics
Support reporting preparation and performance discussions with clients
Translate technical updates into clear business communication
Ensure reporting remains transparent, organized, and actionable
Work closely with specialists and department leaders to align priorities
Support internal communication and cross-functional collaboration
Help maintain accountability and organization across projects
Contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment
1+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred)
Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Analytics)
Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
Advanced English (mandatory) — daily communication with international clients
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
