About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and excels at building strong client relationships. You’ll be the main point of contact for your portfolio and act as the strategic liaison between the client and the internal squad (SEO, Paid Media, Content, CRO, BI).

This is a strategic and operational role, requiring excellent project management, a solid understanding of digital marketing performance (especially SEO and PPC), and strong communication skills to align client goals with internal execution. You’ll be responsible for campaign quality, timely delivery using our CRM SENTR, and uncovering opportunities to drive value and growth for the brands you manage.




In Detail:

Client Relationship & Strategic Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients—building trust, setting expectations, and proactively managing communications.
● Understand the client’s marketing objectives and translate them into actionable digital strategies.
● Lead monthly meetings, strategic calls, and performance reviews with clarity and business acumen.
● Use sales-minded communication to highlight the agency’s value, present upsell opportunities, and build long-term partnerships.

Campaign Oversight & Cross-Team Coordination

● Lead internal squad coordination across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and CRO to ensure campaign goals are understood and executed.
● Align your team on client priorities, performance targets, and upcoming deliverables.
● Ensure alignment on funnel strategy, audience targeting, messaging consistency, and campaign execution.
● Analyze and understand performance across all channels (SEO & PPC) to guide the squad and client.

Task Management & Quality Control

● Use SENTR, our internal CRM, to manage project workflows and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.
● Track all client deliverables, provide internal follow-ups, and oversee deadlines.
● Ensure all deliverables meet Chili’s quality standards before they reach the client.
● Identify process improvements to increase campaign efficiency and impact.




Requirements:

● 3+ years in a client-facing account management role, preferably in a digital agency.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing—especially SEO, Paid Media (Google, Meta), and funnel strategy.
● Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
● Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and marketing deliverables.
● Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple accounts through project/task management tools (SENTR, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
● Able to analyze performance data and connect it to actionable next steps.
● Experience in sales, upselling, or value-driven communication is a big plus.
● Confident leading client calls, managing expectations, and navigating challenging feedback.
● Advanced English and Spanish are required.
