We’re seeking a Digital Account Manager to join the Chili Digital PA team!

OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU
- You’ll have a high attention to detail, leading our Customer Success department
- You’ll use your local knowledge to provide input and solutions on how we can achieve our quarterly targets.
- You will be actively engaged in the Mexican, Brazilian and Panamanian portfolio
- You will monitor the internal processes of the Customer Success department
- You will work in synergy with the technical departments to ensure that the deliverables are delivered in DDL
- You will ensure the quality of deliverables to our clients
- You will be the responsible for timelines and project results
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources or similar.
- +2 year with project management experience
- Proficiency in English and in Office tools
- Positive attitude and analytical mindset, with excellent communication skills
- Exemplary relationship building skills.
- Commercially astute
- Process focused
- Live in Panama City
