We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent pipeline.


What You’ll Do:

Recruitment Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline, ensuring all stages of the hiring process are tracked and organized.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prioritize recruitment activities.


Candidate Shortlisting:

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates that align with the company’s values, culture, and job requirements.
  • Prepare shortlists of top candidates for further evaluation.


Initial Interviews and Scheduling:

  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.


Testing and Assessments:


  • Send technical and personality tests to shortlisted candidates.
  • Ensure timely completion of tests and follow up with candidates when necessary.
  • Compile and share results with hiring managers for further evaluation.


Reference Checks:

  • Contact references provided by candidates to validate their experience and qualifications.
  • Document feedback from references and share it with the hiring team.


Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to the HR team and hiring managers regarding the progress of open roles.
  • Ensure all communication with candidates reflects the company’s professionalism and employer brand.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on appropriate platforms.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.



Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (fluent) and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with recruitment tools
