Chili is a performance-driven digital marketing agency operating across Latin America. We build scalable teams, invest in high standards, and believe that people decisions should be as data-driven and intentional as our marketing strategies.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HR & Performance Manager to help us scale responsibly — ensuring our people structure, performance standards, and HR operations support long-term business success.
This is a hands-on, senior HR role with full ownership over People Operations, Performance Management, Payroll/DP (Brazil), and Workforce Planning.
You’ll work closely with leadership and finance to ensure that hiring, performance, and development decisions are aligned with business priorities, budgets, and delivery quality.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys combining structure, systems, and people leadership, and who believes great HR is built on clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
