Job Summary:

The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for a blend of strategic and operational HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits. The role also incorporates Departamento Pessoal functions, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring accurate and compliant personnel management. This position plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employee development, and contributing to overall business goals through HR analytics and strategic support.

Experience working with international teams and knowledge of labor practices in Latin American countries, especially in Panama and Mexico, are highly beneficial (but not mandatory), allowing for effective cross-border HR coordination and compliance with regional employment regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced English
  • Experience working with international teams 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and payroll functions, with knowledge of DP practices.
  • Excellent communicational, organizational and analytical skills and proficiency in Factorial or other data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws (CLT), tax regulations, and HR best practices globally
