About the RoleWe are looking for a Media Plan Project Manager to lead our media team, ensuring alignment between planning and execution of digital campaigns while managing project deliverables, deadlines, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the planning of paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Manage timelines, priorities, and task allocation for the media team
- Review and validate the quality of deliverables before final approval
- Provide direct team management, including meetings, delegation, and performance follow-up
- Monitor and control media budgets for each project
- Collaborate in tracking campaign results and recommend strategic adjustments
- Utilize project management platforms to ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with other departments (SEO, Content, Sales, Client Services)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Planner, Project Manager, or similar role in a marketing agency
- Hands-on experience managing multidisciplinary teams and digital projects
- Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in task/project management tools (ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Experience in budget control and campaign performance reporting
- Advanced English (required for communication with international teams)
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Spanish
- Experience working with international clients
- Google or Meta certifications
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
