As a Paid Media Analyst, you will own and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns from strategy to reporting.
You will manage the full campaign lifecycle — from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, optimization, and ROI reporting — ensuring every dollar invested drives measurable growth.
This role requires fluency in Spanish and English, as you'll execute and report campaigns in both languages.
Lead client onboarding and align paid media strategies with business objectives.
Develop detailed media plans including audiences, budgets, channels, and KPIs.
Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
Design and execute A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages).
Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS.
Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports with actionable insights.
Google Ads & Meta Ads: Deep hands-on experience managing search, display, and paid social.
TikTok & Retail Media: Develop and scale campaigns in emerging and performance-driven channels.
Programmatic Advertising: Leverage programmatic strategies to enhance reach and scalability.
Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in our CRM (SENTR).
Ensure structured task management and timely client communication.
Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English with culturally relevant messaging.
Own ROI and ROAS reporting.
Translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
Apply insights from experimentation to continuously improve results.
3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred).
Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
Solid understanding of full campaign lifecycle management.
Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (SENTR is a plus).
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Proactive, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
