The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing omnichannel performance campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of media channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, Retail Media, and a familiarity with programmatic advertising. You will oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting, ensuring clear demonstration of ROI/ROAS. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing tasks through our CRM SENTR are essential. Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required as you will execute campaigns in both languages.
● Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align paid media strategies accordingly.
● Media Planning: Develop detailed media plans that define target audiences, budgets, channels, and key performance indicators.
● Campaign Execution: Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum performance.
● A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests across platforms to determine optimal creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
● Optimization & Reporting: Continuously monitor performance, implement learnings from A/B tests, and generate comprehensive reports to demonstrate ROI/ROAS.
● Google & Meta: Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to drive effective search, display, and social media campaigns.
● Emerging Channels: Experience with TikTok and Retail Media, ensuring innovative strategies across less traditional channels.
● Programmatic Advertising: Familiarity with programmatic buying to enhance targeting and scalability is an added advantage.
● Task Management: Utilize our CRM SENTR to manage campaign tasks, timelines, A/B test tracking, and client communications efficiently.
● Bilingual Execution: Develop and execute campaigns in both Portuguese and English, ensuring culturally relevant messaging and market compliance.
● ROI/ROAS Focus: Report directly on the return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS), using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
● Analytics & Insights: Leverage analytics tools and performance data to recommend strategies, incorporating learnings from A/B testing for better campaign outcomes.
● 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
● Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
● Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
● Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
● Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
● Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
● Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
