You will rotate between departments to build dashboards, reports, and automated data visualisations that help teams understand their performance, improve accountability, and stay aligned with company goals.

Build and maintain internal dashboards that track company KPIs and department performance.
Create visualisations that clearly show progress against company targets and team goals.
Help standardise how data is presented across departments to ensure consistency and clarity.
Work closely with Marketing, PPC, SEO, Sales, HR, Operations, and Finance teams.
Translate each department’s objectives into measurable KPIs and dashboards.
Support leadership with clear, actionable performance views.
Support the creation and maintenance of client-facing dashboards (Paid Media, SEO, CRO).
Help visualise campaign performance in a way that highlights business impact (ROAS, revenue, leads, CAC)rather than vanity metrics.
Assist in automating recurring reports and performance summaries.
Support CRM reporting related to lead flow, funnel stages, conversion rates, and revenue.
Help visualise the full customer journey from lead → opportunity → client.
Assist in identifying bottlenecks and performance gaps in sales and marketing funnels.
Support automation of data collection, updates, and reporting workflows.
Help reduce manual reporting effort across teams.
Document dashboards, data sources, and reporting logic for scalability.
Students from 2nd year onward (Data/BI, Engineering, Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields).
Strong interest in data, dashboards, performance analysis, and automation.
Comfortable working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking.
Strong attention to detail and ability to explain data clearly to non-technical teams.
Interest in marketing metrics, CRM data, and business performance.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
Communication skills in Portuguese; Advanced English required.
