About the Role
As a SDR at Chili, you'll be responsible for strategically identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and driving pipeline growth. You'll leverage your extensive sales process experience, digital marketing knowledge, and strong hunter mentality to expand our client base in the competitive São Paulo market.
Ultimately, the main goal of the SRD at Chili is to ensure excellence in final delivery by:
- Make between 50 to 80 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
- Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to target key decision-makers and generate qualified leads for complex digital marketing solutions.
- Hunter Mentality: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating a strong drive to close deals.
- LinkedIn Navigator Mastery: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage target prospects, leveraging advanced search filters and personalized outreach strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, providing expert insights and recommendations on digital marketing strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales opportunities, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
- Mentorship: Potentially mentor and guide junior SDRs, sharing best practices and contributing to their development.
- Cold Calling and List Creation: Confidently execute high-volume cold calling campaigns and build targeted prospect lists, overcoming objections and generating qualified leads.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven SDR experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a digital marketing agency or related B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns, targeting high-value clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing sales, and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Proven ability to confidently conduct cold calls and build targeted prospect lists.
- Strong hunter mentality: A proactive and driven approach to sales, with a focus on closing deals.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Proven ability to leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective prospecting and lead generation.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the potential to mentor and guide junior SDRs.
- Expert level experience with HubSpot and sales automation tools, with the ability to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and provide reports to improve sales strategies.
- Intermediate English: Due to our international presence and collaboration, most communication is conducted in English or Spanish. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese are also essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
