We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our hybrid team in Mexico City. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities for our Digital Strategy team. You’ll be key to helping companies with a strong digital presence grow their revenue.
Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients.
Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry.
Attend networking events to create new business opportunities.
Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts.
Interpersonal Skills:
Natural curiosity and a passion for helping people.
Bachelor’s degree completed.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive attitude in making calls and seeking new opportunities.
Strong problem-solving skills, aligning our services with potential clients’ needs.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or similar CRM).
Experience in solution or service sales using the SPIN methodology.
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO and PPC).
Advanced English and Spanish are required.
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Create industry-specific spreadsheets and prospect key market players.
Participate in networking events.
Obtain referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
