We are now looking for a Sales Manager / Business Unit Lead – Panama to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish Chili as a leading performance marketing partner in the Mexican market.
This is both a commercial leadership and business-building role.
As Sales Manager / Business Unit – Panama, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing high-value accounts, and developing the Mexican market as a strategic growth hub for Chili Digital.
You will act as the face of Chili in Panama — building relationships with decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal performance teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term partnerships.
This role requires strong consultative sales skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing performance models (ROI/ROAS-driven environments).
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in Panama
Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
Develop relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and business leaders.
Position Chili as a strategic performance partner, not just a media provider.
Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable, long-term agreements.
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Panama.
Identify key industries and verticals with high growth potential.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance marketing opportunities.
Contribute to defining pricing models and commercial strategy.
Work closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and Analytics teams to build winning proposals.
Ensure smooth client onboarding and alignment between commercial expectations and operational delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term growth and retention.
Own revenue targets and sales KPIs for the Panamanian market.
Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Ensure deals align with ROI-driven performance models.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record of closing high-value B2B service deals.
Strong understanding of performance marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRO, ROI/ROAS models).
Experience working with marketing decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit.
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Based in Mexico or with deep knowledge of the Panamanian market.
