As a Senior Paid Media Analyst, you will lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of high-impact omnichannel campaigns across multiple markets.
You will own the full campaign lifecycle — from strategic planning and client communication to experimentation, optimization, reporting, and growth recommendations — ensuring campaigns consistently drive measurable business impact.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution capabilities, leadership mindset, and advanced performance analysis skills.
English fluency is required, as you will work directly with international clients and cross-functional teams.
Lead paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives and growth goals
Build and manage comprehensive media plans including budgets, forecasting, targeting, and KPIs
Own campaign performance and continuously optimize toward ROI, ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals
Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies across channels and markets
Translate performance data into actionable strategic recommendations
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Lead advanced A/B testing initiatives involving creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnel optimization
Monitor campaign health and proactively identify performance issues and opportunities
Optimize account structures, attribution models, and conversion tracking setups
Present results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and leadership
Lead performance discussions with confidence and strong business understanding
Support and mentor junior team members when needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, CRO, creative, content, and analytics teams
Own reporting processes and ensure performance accuracy across accounts
Analyze trends, customer behavior, and channel efficiency to improve results
Maintain operational organization and task management inside internal systems and CRM platforms
Ensure timely execution and high-quality deliverables across accounts
4+ years of hands-on Paid Media experience (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record managing and scaling high-budget performance campaigns
Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Retail Media, and/or Programmatic is a plus
Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization
Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and performance experiments
Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect performance data to business outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
