Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our growing team at Chili Digital! In this role, you will be responsible for managing SEO strategies and campaigns for enterprise-level clients. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to lead client-facing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic insights to drive measurable results. This position requires advanced English proficiency, as you will be communicating regularly with international clients. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, client-focused, and passionate about SEO.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enterprise Account Management:
    • Lead and manage SEO strategies for enterprise-level clients, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with the client’s internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, outlining insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  2. Technical SEO and Optimization:
    • Conduct thorough SEO audits, including site architecture, page speed, crawlability, indexability, and schema markup recommendations.
    • Develop and implement technical SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and drive traffic growth.
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO best practices and troubleshooting issues.
    • Optimize enterprise-level websites for on-page SEO factors such as meta tags, content, internal linking, and user experience.
  3. Keyword Research and Content Strategy:
    • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategies and SEO improvements.
    • Work with content teams to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword opportunities and user intent.
    • Implement strategies for improving content rankings, including the development of content briefs, internal linking strategies, and optimization guidelines.
  4. Backlink and Off-Page SEO Strategy:
    • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building, outreach, and partnerships to boost domain authority.
    • Monitor and manage backlink profiles, ensuring links are high-quality and adhere to Google’s guidelines.
    • Perform backlink audits to identify toxic links and take appropriate action to remove or disavow harmful backlinks.
    • Leverage off-page tactics such as digital PR, guest posting, and partnerships to strengthen the authority of client websites.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to improve off-page metrics and drive organic growth.
  5. Client-Facing and Communication:
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review SEO performance, discuss strategy updates, and address any concerns.
    • Provide ongoing education and consultation to clients on SEO best practices and opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure that all client-facing communication is clear, insightful, and actionable.
  6. Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor SEO performance and generate insights.
    • Regularly analyze organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversion metrics to optimize campaigns.
    • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and ensure continuous improvement of SEO efforts.
  7. Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work cross-functionally with the Paid Media, Content, and Web Development teams to create holistic digital strategies.
    • Lead SEO projects and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and campaign execution.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes, ensuring that clients benefit from cutting-edge strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on enterprise-level accounts.
  • Proven expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword research.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a strong track record of delivering results and building relationships.
  • Bilingual: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken); Portuguese is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex SEO strategies into actionable insights for clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges and continuous improvement.
